Return policy

At Maison Veyre, we want our customers to be happy with their order. This policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and faulty products are handled.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your order.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returning the product

After you have informed us that you want to withdraw from the purchase, you must return the product within 14 days.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can give you the correct return instructions.

The product must be returned in good condition. You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store, but you are responsible if the product has lost value because it has been used more than necessary.

Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked shipping, because you are responsible for the return until it reaches us.

Refunds

We will refund your payment no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

However, we may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that you have sent it back.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used when placing the order, unless we agree otherwise.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the extra delivery cost.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Photos or video of the issue
A short explanation of the problem

If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund, depending on the situation.

Products that cannot be returned

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, such as:

Custom-made or personalized products
Sealed hygiene products that have been opened
Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening
Digital products after delivery has started with your consent

If a product has special return restrictions, this will be stated on the product page.

Order cancellation before delivery

You may also withdraw from your order before the product has been delivered. Contact us as soon as possible at:
